HealthRight International

HealthRight International is a global health and human rights organization working to build lasting access to health for excluded communities.  HealthRight works closely with communities establishing local partnerships to deliver health services while providing training and equipment to improve systems.  This encourages and enables partners to eventually deliver services on their own. The HealthRight goal is to create lasting change that supports access to health while strengthening human rights.  Projects address health and social crises made worse by human rights violations, with a focus and expertise on HIV/AIDS, TB, and Malaria; women’s health; the health and welfare of orphans; and care and support for survivors of human rights violations such as torture, trafficking, and domestic and gender-based violence.  Tom is a board member and proud supporter of HealthRight International.
