White truffles are a wild mushroom that grows only in specific forests throughout the world, and they’re collected throughout the autumn by truffle hunters using specially trained pigs and dogs. The highest quality white truffles come from the Piedmont region in northern Italy, and that’s where ours originated. White truffles are considered to be one of the world’s ultimate culinary delicacies.

So why are we offering them at a special price? Because they’re a unique luxury that I think everyone should have the chance to try at least once in their life, and white truffles are rarely available to consumers at affordable prices in a restaurant setting, or in good quality at retail outlets.
