HealthRight International

USA Swimming Foundation’s Gold Medal Dining Experience

On Saturday, February 11th, two-time Olympic gold medalist, food enthusiast and founder, Garret Weber-Gale hosted the Gold Medal Dining Experience to benefit the USA Swimming Foundation.  Garrett assisted Chefs Florian Bellanger, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio and Daniel Humm in preparing their dishes for the evening’s menu. Grow NYC

Grow NYC is a hands-on non-profit which improves New York City’s quality of life through environmental programs that transform communities block by block and empower all New Yorkers to secure a clean and healthy environment for future generations.  The annual Tast of the Greenmarket event presents tastings of greenmarket-inspired signature dishes from Craft and Craftbar among others.  All proceeds benefit Greenmarket’s Youth Education Project which leads more than 5,000 school children through the market on…

Alex’s Lemonade Stand

Alex’s Lemonade Stand raises money and awareness of childhood cancer causes, focusing on research into new treatments and cures.  The organization grew out of the simple front-yard lemonade stand of young cancer patient Alexadra “Alex” Scott.  Every year Marc Vetri of Vetri in Philidephia hosts over 40 chefs from around the country for the Great Chefs Event  In 2011, Tom and the Craft team helped to raise over $800,000 for the organization. Autism Speaks

Autism Speaks is the world’s largest autism advocacy organization that sponsors autisum research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments and the public.  Since 2007, Tom and the Craft team have participated in the Autism Speaks to Wall Street:  Celebrity Chef Gala, which features over 100 chefs preparing four-course meals and dessert tableside at Cipriani Wall Street.  In 2011, the event raised $1.6 million for Autism Speaks’ research and advocacy initiatives. Edible Schoolyard NYC

Our managing partner, Katie Grieco, is on the board of Edible Schoolyard NYC. She’s been able to combine her passions for food, children and giving back by giving her time to ESYNYC. Children of Bellevue
